I lodged in Room 108 at West Hotel and had a comfortable stay. The room provided lots of privacy and I enjoyed the excellent location, with easy access to Dubai via the nearby bus stop and metro station. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket and great restaurants like Plaza Juice and Mumbai Haji Ali. The Wi-Fi was super fast and the hot water worked well. I would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.
There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The air conditioning system was not properly functioning as it was interconnected with other rooms, causing temperature inconsistencies.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being near various restaurants, shopping centers, bus stations, metro stations, and even airports. the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, making my stay feel like home. I really enjoyed the room temperature and would love to return in the future.
